Hi~My friends~J&G think that everyone of you know what is "Dim Sum"~~What a delicious food in the world~~Haha~~ ^_^
Today J&G would like to share with you a Dim Sum restaurant in Menglembu, Perak~
Haha~Let's start the YUMMY YUMMMY section~~ ^_^
This is the name of the restaurant~~~J&G not sure what is the name in English/Malay~~
But in Chinese the Pinyin is "Shui Yi Xiang Gang Dian Xin"
"Shui Yi" means Happily/Enjoyable
"Xiang Gang" is Hong Kong
"Dian Xin" is the main character for this time ~~~"Dim Sum"
**Not bad** In J&G Blog you can learn Chinese Mandarin as well~~
Hahaha~~~ =.=
These are the arts of flowers which very beautiful and suitable to the environment in the restaurant~~ ^_^
Hehe~Actually nothing much J&G ordered in the restaurant~~Because Dim Sum is something that will make you very full although you only eat a little~~
This is Grace's most favorite Dim Sum!!!!! "Xia Jiao"
"Xia Jiao" filling is prawn~~With a very thin layer of wrapper~~
When you eat it~First bite just bite like that without any sauce~You will taste the aroma inside the "Xia Jiao"
OMG~~So YUMMY!!!!
Hehe~J&G could not remember the name of this Dim Sum~but more or less they are just like "Xia Jiao"
The filling also are prawn~But the prawn inside the Dim Sum is cut into smaller pieces~
So~J&G would like to say that the taste of this type of Dim Sum can't complete with the "Xia Jiao" at all
This is Hong Kong "Zhu Chang Feng"~
The sauce of the "Zhu Chang Feng" is the essential of the dish~~
The filling of the "Zhu Chang Feng" above is prawn also~But normally Dim Sum Restaurant will put "Cha Shao" (pork) as well~~
J&G also ordered some fried Dim Sum~~But unfortunately J&G miss the photography section~due to the tasty of the Dim Sum~
Hahahaha~~Sounds ridiculous~~Right~~ ^_^
But it's true~Cantonese people like Dim Sum very much~
Dim Sum is their culture~~
In Ipoh there is a restaurant sell Pork-Free Dim Sum~~Might be some other days~J&G will go there~~ ^_^
