Hi~~Haha~~J&G received some friends requirement to provide a recipe for the last post "Thai Style of Mango Kerabu"~~
So~Here J&G would like to create a special name for J&G Mango Kerabu recipe~~
~Fisrt Love~
J&G choose the name "First Love"~because of~First Love starts with Excited~Sweet~follow by Sour~and Painful~~
Normally First Love can not be stay for a long time~It's short but VERY memorable for everyone in the life~~It is special and invaluable~~~
~It just like Mongo Kerabu~
Actually the recipe not from J&G~~J&G took it from a Chinese-Mandarin website~

J&G translated the recipe into English and make some changes~
So~~Let's go to shopping now~~~Haha~~
You need:
Ingredients A:
400g shredded raw mango (ripe mango is not suitable for the Kerabu recipe)
1 sliced Shallot
3 tablespoons of dried shrimps
Some sliced Chili Padi
Some pounded Sambal Belacan
Ingredients B:
4 tablespoons of Lime Juice
2 stalks of Chinese Celery
2 tablespoons of fine sugar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Ingredients for Sambal Belacan:
2 thumb pices of Belacan (Shrimp Paste Condiment)
10 pieces Red chilies (If you do not like spicy very much~you may reduced the number of Chilies)
1/2 teaspoon of Salt
Haha~After shopping~~Let's prepare the "First Love"~~
It's very EASY~~
1. Heat the pan and flatten the belacan
2. Then put it into the pan and toast until very very dry and fragrant
3. Blend or pounded belacan with red chilies
4. Add in salt and mix well
5. After the sambal belacan well prepared, was the dried shrimp (better in hot water)
6. Mix all the ingredients together
7. Finally add in ingredients B and mix well
Hahahaha~~~Just a few steps~~First Love is in your hand~!!!!
